Objectives: Observation of clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Zhengjun Tang on stable angina pectoris(Qi-Blood Deficiency And Stasis)Methods: 80 angina pectoris of CHD(Qi-Blood Deficiency And Stasis) patients met inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group averagely and randomly. Diao Xinxuekang capsules were used as control drugs and effects of Huangqi Zhengjun Tang on symptoms, electrocardiogram change, TCMsyndrome of angina pectoris(Q i- b l o o d d e f i c i e n c y a n d s t a si s) and withdrawal and reduction rates of nitroglycerin were observed. Patients in the treatment group took a dosage of 150 ml Huangqi Zhengjun Tang before breakfast and after dinner every day, while patients in the control group took 1-2 Diao Xinxuekang capsules 3 times a day after meals. Courses of treatment of both groups were four weeks and security indices before and after treatment including changes of blood routine, urinalysis, liver function(ALT and AST) and kidney function(BUN and Cr) were observed. Finally, SPSS16.0 statisticalsoftware was used to carry out statisticanalysisofdata. If P<0.05 or 0.01, it is of significantdifference; if P>0.05, it is of no significantdifference. Results: 1. Therapeutic evaluation: ① Efficacy to angina pectoris: in the treatment group, it had significant effects on 25 cases, was effective in 11 cases, was noneffective in 4 cases and aggravated the disease in 0 case with a total effective rate of 90.00%; in the control group, it had significant effects on 13 cases, was effective in 10 cases, was noneffective in 16 cases and aggravated the disease in 1 case with a total effective rate of 57.5%. After statisticaltreatment of efficacy of the two groups, P<0.05, indicating there was of significantdifference. ② Electrocardiogram efficacy: in the treatment group, it had significant effects on 12 cases, was effective in 12 cases, was noneffective in 14 cases and aggravated the disease in 2 cases with a total effective rate of 60.00%; in the control group, it had significant effects on 7 cases, was effective in 14 cases, was noneffective in 16 cases and aggravated the disease in 3 cases with a total effective rate of 52.50%. After statisticaltreatment of efficacy of the two groups, P<0.05, indicating there was of significantdifference. ③ Withdrawal and reduction rates of nitroglycerin: In the treatment group, 40 cases took the drug before the treatment, while 15 cases discontinued the drug, 19 cases reduced the drug, 6 cases unchanged and 0 case increased the drug after the treatment. The withdrawal and reduction rate of nitroglycerin was 85.00%; in the control group, 40 cases took the drug before the treatment, while 14 cases discontinued the drug, 16 cases reduced the drug, 10 cases unchanged and 0 case increased the drug after the treatment. The withdrawal and reduction rate of nitroglycerin was 75.00%. After statisticaltreatment of withdrawal and reduction rates of the two groups, P<0.01, indicating there was of significantdifference. ④ Comprehensive efficacy of TCM symptom: in the treatment group, it cured 9 cases, had significant effects on 18 cases, was effective in 11 cases, was noneffective in 1 case and aggravated the disease in 0 case with a total effective rate of 97.50%; in the control group, it cured 4 cases, had significant effects on 8 cases, was effective in 20 cases, was noneffective in 8 cases and aggravated the disease in 0 case with a total effective rate of 80.00%. After statisticaltreatment of effective rates of the two groups, P<0.01, indicating there was of significantdifference.⑤the changes of blood lipoids: after treatment, the TC, TG decreased in treatment group and the controlgroup, there was a significant difference(P<0.01), the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group, but there was no difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05). In conclusion, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2. Safety evaluation: inspectionresults of blood routine, urinalysis, liver function(ALT and AST) and kidney function(BUN and Cr) of both groups were within the normal scope and no adverse event or toxic and side effect was appeared in patients during the tests. Conclusion: Huangqi Zhengjun Tang had roles of treatment and improvement in respects such as symptoms, electrocardiogram, TCMsyndrome and dosage of nitroglycerin of angina pectoris(Qi-Blood Deficiency And Stasis). In addition, this drug had a good security. Thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
