In this paper, according to the basic request of human bone bionic microstructure, tissue engineering was introduced into bionic human bone design. The possibility of applying fractal theory to model two dimensional bionic human bone microstructure was analyzed and the simulation method that combines Monte-Carlo simulation and fractal theory was given. Firstly the contour of the human bone image and a serial of edge contours in it were obtained after it was converted into certain format, adjusted and edged. Secondly, the fractal dimension of the whole image and its interior edge contours were calculated and fractal feature of them was analyzed to testify that the whole human bone is not self-similar and its edge contours are self-similar. Finally, the basic request of two dimensional bionic human bone model adapted to tissue engineering was analyzed, the possibility of applying fractal theory to model two dimensional bionic human bone microstructure was studied, the concrete simulation method that combines Monte-Carlo simulation and fractal theory was given and the two dimensional bionic human bone was simulated in computer.
