The Pharmaceutical Study On Powder Injection Of Total Phenolic Alkaloids Extracted From Rhiroma Menispermi

Rhiroma Menispermi is the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC,it is a common medicine herb.Rhiroma Menispermi tablet which consists of total alkaloids is used for treating pharyngolaryngitis. Presently,it is found that dauricine and total phenolic alkaloid have antiarrhythmic effect.The extraction process and quality control of Rhiroma Menispermi ingredient had been researched by modern techniques.The best extraction process was established with orthogonal design test and method of acid-base titrimetric determination. The quantitative and quanlitative test of Rhiroma Menispermi and its preparation were carried out by TLC and HPLC.According to the technical demands of quality standard of new drug,the author has studied systematic identification test of extraction and content assay of Rhiroma Menipermi.Standard substance of dauricine and daurisoline was isolated by the methods of liquid-liquid extraction and column chromatography.At last,the structure is identified by *H-NMR> 13C-NMR and FAB-MS.
