On the basis of summary of Tutor Li DeLin's experience oftreating diabetic peripheral neuritis(DPN), the thesis brings forward the.co--operation of traditional treatment and modern treatment. Throughmany clinic cases Tutor Li fOrmulated the therapeutic principle ofboosting Qi and nourshing Yin, quickening the blood and freeing thenetwork vessels and invented Wu Qi Tang Mo Capsule. Therefore thecombination of Wu Qi Tang Mo Capsule and Mecobalamin wasapplied in DPN in comparing with contrast group l (Wu Qi Tang MoCapsule) and contrast group II (Mecobalamin). The results imply that(l )Wu Qi Tang Mo Capsula could remove or improve the clinicalsymptoms of DPN with dual vacuity of Qi and Yin as well as bloodstasis.(2) Wu Qi Tang Mo Capsule has obvious effect on decreasingblood lipid, improving blood rheology and nerve conduction velocity ofDPN with dual vacuity of Qi and Yin togrther with blood stasis. (3) Thecombination of Wu Qi Tang Mo Capsule and Mecobalamin has greateffect on improving the clinical symptoms and blood rheology,decreasing blood lipid and increasing nerve conductionvelocity .Especially on increasing nerve conduction velocity thecombination has better effect than used only one of them.
