Objectives:To investigate the clinical type of ICP and the clinical significance relationship between delivery methods and neonatal prognosis. Methods:Medical records of 104 cases with ICP in our hospital from 2000 to 2001 were collected and analyzed retrospectively . Results: The incidence of ICP increased in the last two years; The incidence of amnionic fluid in serious ICP was significantly higher than mild ICP(P<0.01);(3)The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in serious ICP was significantly higher than mild ICP(P<0.01);(4)The caesarean section rate of serious ICP was higher than mild ICP(P<0.05);(5)Trie incidence of neonatal asphyxia did not decrease by caeserean section .Conclusions :The incidence of ICP has increased in last two years;To evaluate the serious degree of ICP is efficiently.
