Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Massage in treating CSA and the difference of the therapeutic efficacy of Massage in treating the differentiation of CSA patients. Methods 110 patients diagnosed CSA were divided into two groups by random, received experiment of one side blinding, among these patients, therapeutic groups (80) were treated by Massage, contract group (30) were treated by Jing Fukang,15 days was a course of treatment. Results The clinical observing shows that Massage could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously, the difference was significant compared to the contract group (P<0.01-0.05). Observing by TCD,Massage could obviously reduce the faster blood circulation and increase the slower blood circulation of cervical artery and vertebral artery;meanwhile,it could modulate the spasmodic vessel and poor blood supply of the vertebral artery obviously. It's therapeutic efficacy was clearly better than Jing Fukang group, the contract group (P<0.01-0.05). After both of the treatment, there isn't obvious difference in most of the index of the varied data from TCD,which explains that it probably resulted from contracting in removingspasmodic vessel and improving poor blood supply of the artery. After the treatment, the varied PI of left vertebral artery and basilar artery has obvious difference compared to the contract group (P<0.01). It shows that the curative effect of Massage was better than contract group in removing spasmodic, improving elasticity, desending resistance of vessel. Conclusion Clinical study shows that the curative effect of Massage is better than contract group in treating CSA and has difference based on pattern of syndrome. It is worth studying deeply and applying popularly to clinical practice.
