Clinical Study On Tumor Treated With Huangqi Injection Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective :To explore the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of the therapy Hangqi Injection combined with chemotherapy on tumor treatment.Methods:60 patients with II-IV stage tumor were randomly dividing treatment group and control group .The treatment group has 40 cases and the other has 20.The treatment group was treated with chemotherapy and Huangqi Injection ,the other was adopted with chemotherapy only .The two group's life quantity ,side effect and treatment result were observed and measured before and after the therapy . Results :In objective treatment result of near period ,the effective rate of treatment group is 55%,which has statistically significant difference (P<0.05)from that of the control group which is 25%.The side effect's rate of the treatment group is 67.5%,which is obvious lower than the control group's ( 95%) .After treatment the CDg downs and CDVCDg going up in the treatment group were more remarkable than in the control group(P<0.05; P<0.01).ConcIusions :Huangqi Injection could improve the anti-disease ability strengthen the sensitivity and decrease the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy .It could make the tumor get exist time extension ,improve the quantity of exist .Huangqi Injection combine with chemotherapy is a positive and valid supporting therapy.
