There was no significantly change between the healthy elders and healthy youngers. 2) The levels of ET in plasma in the patients with QDBS were significantly higher than in the healthy elder and healthy younger(p<0.05). There was no significantly change between the healthy elder and healthy younger. 3)The levels of CGRP in plasma in the patients with QDBS were significantly lower than in the healthy elder and healthy younger(p<0.05). There was no significantly change between the healthy elder and healthy younger. 4) The levels of NPY in plasma in the patients with QDBS were significantly higher than in the healthy elder and healthy younger(p<0.05). There was no significantly change between the healthy elder and healthy younger.5) There is no difference between the two QDBS groups. CONCLUSION: 1)There are some vascular active substances changes in QDBS patients. The plasma levels of ANP and CGRP increase in QDBS patients. The plasma levels of ET and NPY decrease in QDBS patients.2) This test does not indicate that there are different changes of ANP,ET,CGRP,NPY in plasma in different diseases. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), Calaitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), Endothelin (ET), Neuropeptide (NPY), Qi-defeciency and Blood-stasis syndrom (QDBS) | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
