| Rolling manipulation was the main therapeutic manipulation of the rolling-massage school. Standardized rolling manipulation could produce steady dynamic type.Objective: To disclose the kenetics and kinematics action laws of rolling manipulation, the research applyed mordern theory and experiments of kinetic biomechanism to the quantitative analysis for rolling manipulation from a different angle.Methods: (l)Analysition of motion structure of rolling manipulation: Adopted advanced techonology of digital camera shooting and 3D studio action analygical system of the computer,the researcher recorded and analysed the operating process of rolling manipulation.(2)experiment and research on rolling manipulation: Firstly, with regard to the kinetic style of Ding's classic rolling manipulation, systematic analysis has been made of kinetic parameters, such as the initial term angle, basic intensity, main wave intensity, echo wave intensity, power spectrum and frequency spectrum of the manipulation wave. Then contrasted Ding's classic rolling manipulation with operators' of different levels. Secondly, with on-line synchronious technology of Surface electromyography (EMG) , the researcher recorded and analysed the amplitide, frequency and time sequence of the operation of the muscles of various action potential temporalis of the classic electromyography.Results: The results showed that there was significant difference between the Ding'srolling manipulation and the students'. Summarized the mechanical features of rolling manipulation and provided objective quantitative indexes and scientific expressions for it.Conclusions: Therefore, it is far-reaching academic significance to bring light to the dynamic form of the rolling manipulation and other classic massage with the testing methods for explaining the relationship between the quantity of manipulation stimulation and clinical curative effect and for exponching the treatment mechanism of massage. |
