Coronary heart disease ( CHD) is heart disease that result from coronary artery atherosclerosis and have many risk factors. Anciently, four risk factors recognized by international learning are the high levels of cholesterol, diabetes, smoking and hypertension. Upwards risk factors cause coronary artery obstruction and aggravating straitness. However, the relationship and action mechanism between risk factors and coronary artery lesion are still hotspot studied in recent years. Furthermore, the view of reports about the relationship between risk factors and coronary artery lesion is different at present. This paper aims to definitude the relation between risk factors and coronary artery lesion, and offer theoretic proof in order to prevent coronary heart disease.Data540 cases in - patient who had been done angiography in the clinic first hospital of China Medical University in 1999. 1 -2001. 12 are study objects, and their data is integrated, which are 377 male cases ,the average age 52. 82 ± 11.67, and 163 female cases , the average age 57.58 ± 10. 25. Group : (1) lesion group; there are lesion in LAD, LCX, RCA by select coronary artery angiography. ( 2 ) No le-sion group: there are not lesion in LAD, LCX, RCA by select coronary artery angiography.MethodsInvestigate risk factors; Measure the plasma levels total cholesterol , triglyceride, low - density lipoprotein, high - density lipopro-tein, cany lipoprotein A, carry lipoprotein B, empty blood sugar, and investigate smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history before select coronary artery angiography; coronary artery angiography: the angiography procedure is performed by professional physician to examine coronary artery lesion.Results1. Select coronary artery angiography showed that the age, smoking index, the levels total cholesterol, the course of hypertension, the course of diabetes, the levels of shrink pressure, diastolic pressure, low - density lipoprotein, empty blood sugar in coronary artery lesion group were higher than those in No lesion group. The levels of high -density lipoprotein, carry lipoprotein A in coronary artery lesion group were lower than those in No lesion group.2. Range of lesion involving is increasing with growth of the patient age, the course of diabetes, the levels of shrink pressure, the levels of total cholesterol and the levels of empty blood sugar rising.3. It was indicated by Spearman correlation analysis that severity of coronary artery lesions was highly correlated with the patient age, smoking index, the course of diabetes, the course of hypertension, thelevels of shrink pressure, diastolic pressure, the levels of low - density lipoprotein, the levels of total cholesterol, the levels of carry lipo-protein B and the levels of empty blood sugar ( p < 0. 05 ) , and was negative related with the levels of high - density lipoprotein, carry lipoprotein A( p <0.05 ).4. Above all risk factors, the number of LAD lesion involved coronary artery is most, secondly is RCA , the least is LM. The number of lesion patients age S 60 is the most, in file hypertension history, smoking history, the levels of shrink pressure rising, low HDL, high Teh. The least is high ApoB.5. The patient age, the course of hypertension and the levels of Teh are independent risk factors of coronary lesion. The levels of HDL, ApoA are independent protective factors of coronary lesion.DiscussionsHealth threatens of cardiovascular disease to our country people accrete increasingly. Risk factors of Coronary heart disease have been in ?depth researched over seas in near 60 years, which indicated that risk factors were high levels of cholesterol, diabetes, smoking and hypertension. Not only these risk factors influence independently the occur of CHD, but also have intensive and extensive effect.Zhang Xiao - ping etc. of national scholars have studied relationship between the risk factors of Coronary heart disease and severity of coronary artery lesions. Their results showed that severity of corona...
