The Theory And Clinical Observation On Treatment To Early Period Of Hyperlipidemia By Means Of Eliminating Phlegm And Strengthening The Spleen

ObjetiverStudy on theories and clinical value of Eliminating Phlegm and Strengthening the Spleen to treat Hyperlipidemia during early period. Methods: Review literature and observe clinical cases to understand the diease and type of TCM which Hyperlipidemia belong to,establish treatment methods during its early period and make up the tiao zhi tang based on the methods;Verify clinical effects by observing cases. 28 patients were treated with tiao zhi tang, and 25 patients were given zhi bi tuo capsule for 8 weeks.ResultsrBy comparing the patients before and after the treatment with tiao zhi tang, we concluded that the overall clinical efficient rate is 85.71%. HDL-C increased while TC, TG, LDL-C, and VLDL-C decreased; AI decreased; Whole blood, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen were reduced. Compared with the patients treated with zhi bi tuo capsule, all of the above have significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early period of Hyperlipidemia subordinates to Phlegm category;The treatment of Eliminating phlegm and Strengthening the Spleen was able to east symptomes ,accommodate blood lipoprotein and improve blood rheology,also it could reduce AI,as well as prevent and cure arteriosclerosis.
