Observation On The Curative Effect Of Invigorating Spleen,Eliminating Phlegm,Promoting Blood Circulation And Dredging Collateralism In The Treatment Of Hypertension With Hyperlipidemia(Phlegm-dampness And Stasis Type)

Objective: To treat patients with hypertension accompanied by hyperlipidemia(phlegm-dampness syndrome)by strengthening the spleen,dissipating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and evaluate health by observing the changes in TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure,and blood lipid levels before and after treatment.The effectiveness and safety of the method of spleen-resolving phlegm,activating blood and dredging collaterals in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia provides a new method and idea for traditional Chinese medicine to treat hypertension with hyperlipidemia.Methods: Ninety-four patients with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type hypertension with hyperlipidemia who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of western medicine(self-made prescription with the method of invigorating the spleen,removing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals),45 days as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment in both.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,blood pressure and blood lipid level before and after treatment in the control group and treatment group.Results:(1)TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased compared with the previous ones;comparison between the groups,the scores of TCM syndromes of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 74.47% and 89.36%,respectively,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Blood pressure comparison: After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);compared between the groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of blood lipid efficacy: After treatment,TC,TG,and LDL-L of the two groups were improved compared with the previous.Compared with the control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-L of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).).Conclusion: 1.The method of invigorating the spleen,removing phlegm,activating blood and dredging collaterals can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,and improve the TCM syndromes;2.The method of invigorating the spleen,resolving phlegm,activating blood and dredging collaterals can improve hypertension with high fat The blood pressure level of patients with hyperemia;3.The method of invigorating the spleen,removing phlegm,activating blood and dredging collaterals can improve the blood lipid level of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia;4.During the treatment period,no adverse reactions were found in the control group and the observation group.
