Applying Valuation Of Determination Of Plasma D-dimer In Diagnosing Of Patients With Deep Vein Thrombosis Of The Lower Extremity

Deep Vein Thrombosis of The Lower Extremity(DVT) is abnormal coagulation of blood in deep vein of legs, causing Channel vein back to obstacle , belonging to the diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine of "xueyuzheng" , " swell" , "yuxueliuzhu" , " emai", and so on. The fatal rate and invalid rate of this disease are relatively high. How to timely, promptly and accurately diagnose DVT, especially around DVT is very important. This thesis using latex agglutinate law to determine DD in expression among DVT and Primary Deep Venous Insufficiency probes into its clinical diagnosis meaning tentatively. Results : DD in 106 patients of DVT in different-ill-stage has remarkable difference ( P < 0.01), and the DD is tend to negitive value gradually; The positive rate of DD in 99 patients with PDVI is 0; the positive rate of DD is 85. 7% among the acute DVT around. And the results of DD expression in Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical dividing type: the positive rate of "shire", "xueyu" respectively were 100% and 78. 05%, and there were very remarkable differences between the two groups ( P <0. 01). It is believed that : DD can be one of methods in diagnosing, predicting and prognosis judging DVT , offering a new train of thought and method in diagnosing around DVT especially; in dialectical theory manage respect in traditional Chinese medicine, DD can be an objective index in clinical dialectical and dialectical basis of person who divides.
