Object: To observe the clinical effect on Childen's Pneumoniae Mycoplasmal infection with the method of hotblock, expectorant and activating blood stasis. Method:60 children are randomly divided into 2 group: Treatment group (treated by taking Zhi Yuan Ti Syrup ZYTS); Control group (treated by taking erythromycin).Observing the patient's syndrome after ZYTS and comparing with control group. Result:The total effective rate for the treatment group is 96.7%, which was prior to the control group is 86.7% in improving some main symptoms, such as setting cough,dispeling phlegm and so on. Conclusion: The method of hotblock, expectorant and activating blood stasis could obviously treat Childen's Pneumoniae Mycoplasmal infection and have the important clinical value in practice.
