Clinical Study Of Unstable Angina On Inrigorating Qi And Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction

Unstable angina is between stable angina and Acute myocardial infarction including a series of myocardial ischemia syndrom. Unstable angina is a common kind of Clinical disease. It affects the life and health of mankind. So to find the mechanism of Unstable angina and the effective medicine is benefit to the society.Based on the summarization of traditional medicinal and western medicinal researches in China and other countries, we investigate the traditional mechanism of Unstable angina and think that asthenic Qi and blood stasis is the main mechanism of the disease.On the basis of the study we choose the method of invingorating Qi and promoting blood circulation to from the "invingorating Qi and promoting blood circulation"decoction.In the study, we select 56 cases unstable angina and investigate the correcting effect of angina syndrom,the contents of nitroglycerin and the change of ECG,ET-1 and NO.We select Tongxinluojiaonang as the compassional medicine.The conclasion: The effect of "invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation"decoction is better as compared with that of Tongxinluojiaonang (P<0.05).It can improve the dinical effecttive rate,decrease the syndrom, the contents of nitroglycerin and the ET-1 dose,recover the EGT and improve the recharging of NO.So the "invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation"decoction can improve the blood of coronary artary and recover the myocardial ishemia and protect the vascular endothelial cell.
