The Clinical Study On Unstable Angina Type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Treated By Shuganxuanbi Decoction

Objective:Observe the Clinical efficacy on unstable angina type of qi stagnation and blood stasis treated by shuganxuanbi decoction.Investigate Effectiveness on Treatment of Unstable angina with relieving the depressed liver method.Methods:Selectv 60 Patients of unstable angina type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,Randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and Control group 30 cases.treatment group Taking shuganxuanbi decoction On the basis of Conventional Western Medicine,4 weeks.Control group treated with Conventional Western Medicine,Observe and Statistics the Changes in the two groups of Angina symptoms,TCM syndrome with nitroglycerin stopped by rate,ECG,myocardial oxygen consumption, blood lipids and heart function.Results:After treatment, angina treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the withdrawal rate of nitrate were significantly different(P<0.05),The treatment group was significantly better than control group;ECG treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Reduce the level of TCM symptom score after treatment was significantly better in treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01),compared two groups of Chinese medicine symptoms of the total effect was significant(P<0.05),chest pain,chest tightness,fullness Rib excellent symptom improvement in treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),treatment and palpitation was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption decreased efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),systolicblood pressure was no significant difference(P>0.05);TG decreased after treatment,the level of treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01),TC,LDL-C,HDL-C showed no significant difference(P>0.05);treatment efficacy of the treatment group SV significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),EF,E,A,E/A There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:shuganxuanbi decoction can effectively control the occurrence of angina and reduce the nitrate drugs used to effectively improve the clinical symptoms.At the same time can significantly reduce the heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption,and with regulation of blood lipid and improving cardiac function.Illustrated dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation law is an important treatment of unstable angina therapies.
