Study On The Effect Of PSP On The Level Of CK And Apoptosis Of The Tumor Cell In The Tumor-Bearing Mice

Tumor is threating seriously human life and health. How to prevent tumor is the focus to all over the world. Chinese herb of activating blood flow and removing blood stasis is used broadly the treatment of tumor with symptom of blood stasis in clinic.P.Persica(Linn) Batsch Seeds is an important Traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood flow and removing blood stasis and is an important composed component of all kinds of associate decoctions . P.Persica(Linn) Batsch Seeds Protein(PSP) is one of the chief components of the medicine, its weight account for 50 persent of total P.Persica(Linn) Batsch Seeds, we suggested that PSP possesses the effectivness of immunoregulation and antitumor.We adopted loaded S180 cells mice model as an object of research and explored wether PSP possesses the fanctiong of immunoregulation and antitumor from the aspect of the secration of IL-2,IL-4;subset of Tcell; the growth of tumor in vivo and apoptosis of tumor cell.The result show that PSP can promote the secration of IL-2, IL-4, regulate the ratio of CD4+/CD8 + cell, inhibite the growth of tumor and provoke the apoptosis of tumor cell. So, we sugesst PSP can improve abnormol state of immune,regulate imbalance of immune function and promote the tumor cell's apoptosis. This paper provide experimental data for theory of treating tumor in clinic.
