Clinical Study Of "Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation" In The Treatment Of Coronary Slow Flow Angina Pectoris (Qi-deficient And Blood-stasis Type)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of coronary slow blood flow syndrome with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:120 patients with coronary slow blood flow(qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who were randomly divided into two groups and signed the informed consent were selected to be hospitalized in the second department of cardiology of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.Risk factors were controlled in both groups.60 patients in the experimental group were given immediate intracoronal injection of salvianolate combined with shenqi zhuyu ointment for 8 weeks,while 60 patients in the control group were given immediate intracoronal injection of nicodil combined with nicodil tablets for 8 weeks.Slow blood flow improvement and angina relief,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups immediately after contrast and 8 weeks later.Result:There was no significant difference in the general data of 50 cases in the experimental group and 48 cases in the control group(P>0.05).Effectiveness evaluation: The drug target intravascular injection immediately corrected TIMI frame count(CTFC)compared with base,treatment group effective rate was 76%,and 83.33% in control group,were statistically significant(P<0.05),no efficiency difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The CTFC of the two groups was 98% higher than that of the control group(97.92%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the effective rate of oral administration for 8 weeks and immediate coronary administration(P<0.05).The score of Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)after immediate intracoronal administration in both groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with that before angiography.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of oral administration,SAQ scores in the two groups were statistically different from those before angiography(P<0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks of oral administration,there was no significant difference in SAQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of oral administration,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 98.92% compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Safety evaluation: there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).In the control group,there were no adverse reactions in the immediate injection of drugs in the coronary arteries,and there were 6 cases of adverse reactions in the oral administration of drugs.There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group after injection or oral administration.Conclusion:Coronary injection of salvianolate and nicodil can improve the immediate slow blood flow status,but not alleviate the clinical symptoms.The therapy of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation is safe and effective.Shenqi zhuyu ointment has obvious curative effect and can be used to treat coronary slow blood flow angina patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
