IntroductionPrimary hepatic carcinoma is one of common malignant tumor which is danger to human health. Owing to the higher malignancy, the shorter physio - course, the poor therapeutic efficacy, earlier period detection and diagnosis is of extremely important significance to improve survival rate.To try to find out earlier period diagnosis of hepatocarcinoma is topic that medical science pay close attention to it. - glucuronidase ( - G) is an important acid hydrolyase in human body and is much in hepatocytes in human. One of p - G functions is to take part in the cell proliferation, especially in occurrence , progres course of tumor cell, therefore that arouse scholar attention to its relation with tumor.The study of relation of p - G and tumor may trace back to middle and the last eighty age in our country. Owing to limits of experiment technic at that time. Study was merely proceeded in definite condition , using histochemisty in morpholog, using chemistry and enzyme techniques in blood serum function. Consequently study was not penetrated into. Similar study was comparatively earlier overseas than in our country, but the most was apt to the research of the animal experiment and they do not make the last word; system experiment and clini-cal study of the relation of (3 - G with hepatic carcinoma were seldom reported.Associativing scientific research means of tissue morpholog such as immunohistochemistry,immunoelectron microscopy techniques with blood serum function for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) in this experiment, we synchronize to prob into the rule of -G change in tissue and serum of hepatic carcioma(HCC) patients; and explore the interence relation of pi - G change in HCC to pathology classification of carcinoma tissue and lymph node metastasis, etc; trying to study the rule of (3 - G change in blood serum preoperative , postoperative or before and after different treatment methods ( such as operation resection therapy , embolism interventional therapy , department of internal medicine conservative therapy). As tumor mark, we aim at having definite diagnosis significance and value and providing new and significant assist marker and reference gist for hepatocarcino-ma diagnose and therapy.Materials And MethodsHepatectomy specimens from 38 hepatocellular carcinoma embedded in paraffin with immunohistochemistry and 5 fresh hepatocellular carcinoma with Immunoelectral microscopy were confirmed by pathology from the patients admitted to General hospital of Shenyang Command. Result determination using ABC method of immunohistochemistry as follows;. Positive cells were determined by the presence of brown particles in the cytoplasm under the light microscopy. Two hundred hepatocarcinomal cells were determined for each section. The percentage of positive cells was then determined by counting positive cells out of 100 tumor cells. A grading system on a three - point scalewas established as follows according to the number of positive cells;75% . Detection of p - G under the immunoelectron microscopy: ten randomized fields were taken for each section at same magnification under the immunoelctral microscopy and lysosomes were photographed. Further analysis was performed using IPS -500 image analyzer. Then , the number of gold particles per micrometer - square was counted.52 blood serum samples with hepatocellular carcinoma mensurat-ed using ELISA. These patients with final diagnosis from clinic and (or) confirmation from pathology were admitted to. General hospital of Shenyang Command and the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Activity of p - G was detected in venous blood in 52 patients with empty abdomen. . This ELISA method was established by medical laboratory department of General hospital of Shenyang Command.
