Objective To investigate the change of markers of inflammation in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and the effect of Colpidogrel on markers of inflammation factors in patients with ACS. To provide medication evidence for prevention and cure ACS.Methods patients (n=68) admitted with UAP and ST-Elevation or no ST-Elevation AMI (UAP 46 cases , AMI 22 cases)were randomly divided into two groups: 32 using Clopidogrel (UAP 22 cases, AMI 10 cases) and 36 using routine theraphy group (UAP 24 cases, AMI 12 cases). 20 with normal contrast group. To measure blood cellsN PT( prothrombin time), FIB ( fibringen), APTT( activated pactiai thrombopilastin time , hs-CRP( High Sensitivity C-response protein ) , IL-6 ( interleukin-6 ) and TNF-a ( tumor necrosis factor a )at the pretherapy and 7, 14 days during follow-up .Results (1) hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with ACS (17.06 ± 9. 78mg/L> 7. 08±2. 96pg/mK 67. 09±30. 78pg/ml ) was significantly higher than in the normal contrast group (3. 28±1. 86mg/U 2.45±1.32 pg/ml , 35. 41±24. 56 pg/ml ) (P<0. 05) . (2) hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with AMI ( 22.64± 11. 62 mg/L, 9. 46±2. 42 pg/ml, 76. 94±22. 51 pg/ml ) was significantly higher than in patients with UAP ( 14. 78±10. 24 mg/L, 5. 63±3. 02 pg/ml, 60. 15?0. 58 pg/ml) ( P<0. 05 ).(3) hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a was decreased in both Clopidogrel group and routine theraphy group (P<0. 05) . The degree of decreasing in Clopidogrel group was significantly higher than in routine theraphy group. There were no hemorrhagic tendency in both groups.Conclusion (1)hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with ACS was significantly higher than in the normal contrast group.(2) hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with AMI was significantly higher than in patients with UAP. (3) Clopidogrel can decreace hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in patients, prevent inflammatory reaction of coronary artery and improve prognosis of ACS.
