Development Of Military Medical Sciences And Innovative Initiative Of The Research Teams

On the basis of large-scale literature and data review and expert counseling, we elaborate on the following issues in this present paper: (1) the demands of the logistics and provision by future military actions in the setting of revolutionary military concept; (2) the features of future high-tech local war, and the characteristics of the injuries during the future war; (3) the role of the development of military medical sciences in the future high-tech local war; (4) the principal new sophisticated techniques necessary for the development of military medicine; (5) the relationship between the development of military medicine and technological innovation; (6) indication and inspiration of the national innovation-promoting system for military medical science development; (7) the concept and connotation of research team innovation, and its role in the development of military medical sciences. Based on the above theoretical analysis, expert consultations were further conducted to establish a system of evaluation indices for evaluating the team innovative ability in the pursuit of military medical sciences, with more suggestions on the system construction and the basic research method proposed.
