Research Of Components Of Chinese Decoction Xiaozheng Injection On Experimental Endometrial Cysts Through Local Treatment

[Objective]To observe the effect, safety and mechanism of action of Ezhu (Rhizoma Curcumae) Volatile oil Injection and Wubeizi (Galla Chknensis) Injection on experimental endometrial cysts. [Methods]The mode of abdominal cyst of Endometriosis was made by surgical implantation. Forty-five rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, mode group, drug control group (absolute alcohol), Ezhuyou group and Wubeizi group. The size of cysts was measured and compared before and after treatment. The content of antiendometrium antibody (EMAb), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in serum was detected. The histomorphology of eutopic/ectopic endometrium, ovary, kidney, brain, hear, liver and lung were observed. [Results]1. The volume of the endometrial cysts:The endometrial cysts was smaller or disappeard after treated by each injection. But the effect of Ezhuyou Injection was superior to that of Wubeizi Injection.2. The content of EMAb in serum:The content of EMAb in the two-treatment group and drug control group was lower than that in mode group.3. The content of E2 and P in serum:Ezhuyou Injection and Wubeizi Injection could decrease the content of E2 and P markedly. The effect of two injections had no difference with that of absolute alcohol.4. Morphological observation of the tissues:The experimental endometrioma was improved markedly after local injection andthere were no obvious changes in eutopic endometrium and other organs in treatment groups. [Conclusion]Local treatment with Ezhuyou Injection and Wubeizi Injection has a good therapeutic effect on experimental endometrial cysts and provide a new thought for the treatment of the endometrial cysts by TCM clinically.
