Study Of YiQiHuoXue Traditional Chinese On The Lipid Peroxidation Of Cultured Rats With Hyperlipoidemia

Aim to study the influence of the metnod of replenishing the kidneys benefiting spirit and circulating blood on the lipid peroxidation of cultured rats with hyperlipodemta .Methods High lipoprotein high cholesterol method was used to duplicate rats with hyperlipoidemia pathological model.Compare treated group's total cholesteol (TC),triglycerides (TG),nitric oxide(NO) and MDA" in liver with that of the pathological model group.Results. 1 .Treated group's blood lipid was decreased significantly, and the serum TC and LDL-C and TG concentration was lower than the pathological model group,meanwhile,HDL-C was increased,whereas arteriosclerosis index (AL=TC/HDL-C) (P<0.001) was decreased markedly. 2. We controlled liver lipid peroxidation of rats with hyperlipoidemia,therefore,the MDA content in liver was lower markedly than the pathological model gronp (P<0.01).3.NO level was higher than the pathological group obvrously.Conclusion From the result we deduced that the traditional Chinese medical compound which mainly adopted the method of replenishing the kidneys,benefiting spirit and circulating blood can adjust and improve the high-sticked,high-concentrated,high-condensed state which was caused by hyperlipoidemia with in the range of extravasated blood and turbid phlegm.The function mechanism may be associated with restraining oxide free radical and lipid peroxidation...
