Study On Dynamic Treatment Ideology Of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic

In this article, we discussed the dynamic treatment ideology(DTI) of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, from its theory background, theory system, clinical applications and guilding significance to clinic. Theory background: We pointed out that the theory background of the DTI was composed of dynamic concept and the holism, which were mutual dependent and individed. One could not grasp the laws of the occurrence, development and changes of disease while diagnosing and treatment unless he obeys the dynamic and holism principle.Theory system: We discussed it from the following three aspects : prevention before illness, treatment while ill, taking care of the body after cure. We emphasized that the treatment of disease should begin before ill, proceed while ill and keep on when the disease has just been cured.Clinical applications: We put forward five dynamic treatment theories whichwere treat-by-stages therapeutics, maintain-scheme and meet-an-emergency therapeutics, prevention therapeutics, suit-situation therapeutics and choose-time therapeutics, and discussed their clinical applications separately.Guilding significance to clinic: We expounded the benefits of the DTI such as grasping rules of disease, instituting treatment schemes, implementing disease's prevention and consummating treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Through the study we could perorate that the DTI is one of the core ideologies of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic's treatment theories. It has significant values to treatment and prevention of disease and possesses solid theory background and rich connotation. The DTI availed us to build up firm dynamic concept and not to regard health and disease quiescently and isolatedly. It has momentous meanings to decrease incidence rate and boost curative effect and deserves us studying further.
