Classification, Assortment And Gradation Of CT Images On Lumbar Disk Herniation (A Report Of 164 Cases)

Objective: To study the classification ,assortment and gradation of CT images of lumbar disk herniation based on the patterns density and quantity of herniated materials.Method: The lumbar disk herniation CT images characteristics proven by both CT diagnosis and clinic diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively :first, classified the herniated materials direction , then assorted it through its imaging patterns and density, graded it through its proportion quantity, which is composed of the herniated materials sagital diameter and vertebral canal sagital diameter ; last ,compared the assortment and gradation of CT images of lumbar disk herniation with clinical symptom and the effect of treatment.Result: Classification ,assortment and gradation of all CT images of LDH have a striking difference to the clinical symptom and treatment effect.Conclusion : The classification,assortment and gradation of CT images of lumbar disk herniation have much important clinical significance.
