| Objective: to study the mechanism of Xiaobanyushen granule ontreating experimental IgA nephropathy rats induced by feeding bevineserum albumin (BSA) and injecting staphylococcal enteratoxin B (SEE)Methods: the rats were randimly divided into six groups: nomal control, IgA nephropathy control, treated with Shenyanshu , Delta-cortisone and Xiaobanyushen granule, to observe the effect of therapy group and control group on pathologic change . Results: Xiaobanyushen granule can improve hematuria and proteinuria of experimental IgA nephropathy rats, abate kidney pathologic changs and immune complex deposit on kidney. Conclusion: Xiaobanyushen granule have therapeutic action on experimental IgA nephropathy.
