| Object To investigate the culture technique for corneal and conjunctival fibroblast. Methods The corneal and conjunctival fibroblast of rabbits were cultured by tissue culture. Result [1] The conjunctival fibroblast of rabbit formed a monoiayer and had a fibriform arragement, after 10d culture. [2] The corneal fibroblast of rabbit formed a monoiayer and had a fibriform arragement after two weeks culture in culture flask. The cells grew very well at 3 days culture in 24-well culture plate and had a fibriform arragement after lOd culture, Conclusion Two kinds of eye cells from rabbit can be cultured successfuliy.It was easier to culture corneal fibroblast in 24-well plate than in flask. |
