First part Experimental Studies on the mechanisms of tripterineinhibits proliferation of vascular endothelial cells in vitroObjective: To investigate the mechanisms of tripterine inhibits proliferation of vascular endothelial cells in vitro. Methods: Using growth curve to detect the suppression effect of tripterine on vascular endothelial cells 304 line in vitro, and then investigate the mechanisms by using cell smears and flow cytometer.Result: The growth curve suggests that tripterine can inhibits the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells 304 line obviously. The results of flow cytometer show that low concentration of tripterine hinder the synthesis of DNA but cause cells to death when the concentration is high. Cell smears confirm that the type of death is necrosis. Conclusion: Tripterine inhibits proliferation of vascular endothelial cells in vitro through hindering the synthesis of DNA and toxicity on cells.
