Objective: To explore the clinical characteristic of small intestinal tumors and its diagnosis.Methods: Retrospective analysis of cases.Results: Adenocarcinoma was most common among the malignant small intestinal tumors(14/39).the feature of the malignant small intestinal tumors could be abdominal pain, gastrointestinal hemorrhage and intestinal obstruction. The key clinical features of these patients consisted of anemia, gradual body weight loss and mild abdominal of pain. The positive rates of supplementary examination were CT(72.4%), barium meal examination of gastro-intestinal tract(59.2%), B-ultrasound(43.6%).Conclusion: In order to diagnose malignant small intestinal tumors early, patients and doctors should pay attention to those 3 equivocal clinical features. According to different effect of supplementary examinations, application of a serial preoperative examination are helpful in diagnosis of small intestinal tumors.
