objective To analyze the prevalence,clinical presentation and Pathological feature of cervical cancer.Methods 678 cases cervical cancer were divided into study groupincluding the patients under 35 years old and control group includingthe patients older than 35 years old .We compared the two group byprevalence,clinical presentation and pathological feature of cervicalcancer.Result The percentage of women under 35 years old of new cervicalcancer was 2.7%(13/488)in 1983-1992,but 19.7%(40/203)in 1993-2003(P<0.001).The percentage of adenocarcinoma and others in studygroup was 32.1%(17/36),but 8.6%(54/625)in control group(P<0.001).The percentage of every stage in study group were 58.5%for stageâ… ,28.3%for stage 11 and 13.2%for stageâ…¢-â…£,but in control groupwere 14.4%,27.5% and 58.1%.There were no statistieal significance instage â…¡,but it is really different in stage â…  and stageâ…¢-â…£(P<0.001).The symptom of contact bleeding and irregular menstruation occurredin 72.5%(29/40)in study group,but 29.5%(48/163)in control group (p<0 .001).The sign similar to chronic eervieitis occurred in 37.5%(15/40)in study grouP,but only 5.5%(9/163)in control group (P<0 .001).Conclusions There is an inereasing Prevalenee in percentage ofcervical cancer of young women and of cervical adenocarcinoma .Theclinical symptom and sign of cervical cancer in young women areconvert and should be put on enough caution.The key differentdiagnosis to differentiate is cervicitis.
