| Purpose: Pulmonary carcinoma is the main malignant tumor which threatens the health. And pleural effusion is pulmonary carcinoma later period common illness complication was the most common carcinoma complicated by. The appearance of pleural effusion meant the pathological change already partial or the whole body broadcasts disperses, after pre- very bad, the survival time is short. Therefore, treatment to accumulate the fluid is the effective actions to lengthens the quality of life (QoL) and survival time. This article research with " Fu zheng zhu yin tang " and chest internal chemotherapy to treat pulmonary-carcinoma-caused pleural effusion and discusses the new way and the new method.Method: 32 lung cancer patients with pleural effusion were stochastically divided into two groups , "Fu zheng zhu yin tang" and chest internal chemotherapy group (treatment group) and the pure chest chemotherapy group (comparison group). All patients was setted the center ductus venosus by chest cavity operation to continue the drainage. After sets at the tube the 3 day , pours into chest cavity Cisplatin 80-100mg, once a week, continuously four weeks. Observe two groups of patients pleural effusion treatment alleviating rate around, and treats to two group of patients carries on Karnofsky'grade. In addition ELISA was used to examine the CD44v6,MMP-2, MMP-9, activity of NK respectively before and after treatment.Results: The treatment of "Fu zheng zhu yin tang" and chest internal chemotherapy have many advantage: (1) Alleviate the clinical symptom and improve the quality of life .Explained the Chinese native medicine unique strengthens the body's natural resistance and removes harmful factors the function, regardingalleviates the clinical symptom,improves the quality of life, is more feasible than the pure chest cavity chemotherapy. (2) Reduce CD44v6, MMP-2, the MMP-9 level,and enhance the chest water NK cell activeness. (3) the small poisonous vice- function . |
