| Alzheimer disease ( AD) is one kind of primary and regressive neuropathic disease, whose clinical symptoms include recognitional function handicap of memory, understand, verdict and direction, also abnormal mental action and subsistence ability slipping. This disease not only has a high incidence with the increase of ages, but also a high lethality rate, which leads to huge spiritual and economic responsibilities. Therefore, it is a significant research which was noticed in the world to study deeply the pathogenesis of AD and its effective remedy.Based on the D-Semigalactose (D-gal), this experiment takes rats of which IBO was injected into the Meynert hippocampus as the model animals, and surveys the defferent effective of Dihuang Yinzi and XiDeZhen group on AD. The result shows that the Dihuang Yinzi has greatly improved the CAT's active, decreased the MAO's level. Simultaneously, the behavior function of AD rats was improved, the neuron's damage was reduced and the SS's convey was raised. The research proved that ancient prescription-Dihuang Yinzi is an effective medicine herb. |
