| Alzheimer's disease is one kind of degenereratly neuropathic disease, it seriously damages the aging health. Because of the ever-aging population and lack of the effective diagnostic and therapeutic methods, more and more AD patients appeared. Chinese medicine has abundant theories and distinctive understand ,and accumulates rich treaded experiences. Chinese medicine considers: kidney's deficiency is an insternal mechanism of forming senile demdntia and phlegm is the important factor of cauding senile dementia.This experiment take rats of which Aβ1-40 was injected into hippoeampus as the model animals, and take Huperzine and Kangnaoshuai Jiaonang group as an opposite group, then we carry out an comprehensive research on the Dihuang Yinzi group concerning the behavioral science, the pathological and biochemical change of SOD, MDA, ATP esterase and Bcl2.The result proved the effects of Dihuang Yinzi: 1 .It could improve the behavioral function of the AD rats. 2.It could increase the brain SOD levels and decrease the brain MDA levels.3.It could improve the activity Na+K+-ATP esterase .5.It could increase the express of Bcl2.6. It could improve the pathological change in the AD rats' brain. This research concludes that the Dihuang Yinzi is an effective medicine which can prevent the AD.
