The Research Of Restrain By Injecting Riperygium, Wilfordii. Hook Extracted By Alcohol Into The Implanted Tumors Of Rats

In order to provide judging by experiment for clinical we investigate the anti ?tumor effect of Triperygium.Wilfordii. Hook extracted by alcohol. The experiment animal is tumor rat, which is injected S180 and H22 tumor cells. The optimum dose (2g/ml) of medicine is used to cure rat of its disease and 5-FU is used to be the contrast medicine, which is highly effective medicine in clinical. By injecting Triperygium.Wilfordii.Hook extracted by alcohol into the tumor of experiment rats with S180 and H22 tumor cells, we investigate the effect of medicine on the ratio of restrained tumor cells, lifetimes and immunity systems.The main results are as follows: 1. The ratios of restrained tumor cells are 45.73% and 31.99% in experiment group, which are increased (P<0.05) while comparing with the negative group. 2. Proportion of lifetimes increased (P<0.05) in experiment group is compared to the negative group. 3. The increasing SOD positive expression rate (P<0. 05) and the decreasing MDA positive expression rate (P<0.05) in experiment group are compared to the negative group. 4. Thymus gland and spleen will shrink; moreover, the decreasing IL-2 positive expression rate (P<0.05) in experiment group is compared to the negative group. 5. Pathological diagnosis indicate that Triperygium. Wilfordii.Hook extracted by alcohol into the tumor can impel tumor cells death.It is concluded that the anti ?tumor effect of the injecting of Triperygium. Wilfordii.Hook extracted from alcohol into the tumor is related to the ratios of restrained tumor cell, SOD and MDA content.
