The Judgment Of The Quality And The Research Of The Appliance On Grwing Herbs Standardization (Ⅳ)

By analyzing the content of secoiridoid glycoside.the parameters for extracting and purifying by macropore absorbed resin have been evaluated.The results show that D3520 macropore absorbed resin is the most suitable type of all tested in the experiment for purification of secoiridoid glycoside in Radix Gentianae Scabrae ,the content of gentiopicrosides in the effective parts is more than 50% ,the transfer rate reaches to 85% and the quality controlling method of the effective parts has been established.The study on hepatoprotection of the effective part. Radix Gentianae Scabrae shows that the effective parts of Radix Gentianae Scabrae have the effects of protecting liver and normalizing the secretion of bile ,decreasing the content of ALT and AST in serum of mouse, enchancing the activity of GSH-Px in Iiverjincreasing the bile flux of rat significantly and increasing the concentration of total bilirubin(TBILI) and cholesterol in bile.
