Significens Of Blood Platelet CD62p In Treating Sudden Deafness

Objective: Observe curative effect of different treatment methods in sudden deafness patients according to the change of their blood platelet CD62p.Methods: Blood platelet was measured by flow cell measure (FCM), the patients whose platelet CD62p> 2% were treated by tthree methods respectively one was basical treatment, two was basical and thrombolysis treatments,three was basical and Chinese traditional medical treatments . Then observe the curative effect of three methods respectively.Result: In the group of platelet CD62p>2%, the effective ratio of basical treatment was 60.53%, of basical treatment and thrombolysis was 84.62%, of basical and Chinese traditional medical treatments was 80.56 and there was significant difference among them. But the group of platelet<2%, the effective ratios of three methods were 65%, 67.57%, 68.10%, respectively without significant difference.Conclusions: In the group of platelet CD62p>2%, the effective of basical treatment and thrombolysis and basical and Chinese traditional medical treatments was more significant difference than basical treatment .Detecting CD62P in sudden deafness patients makes sense for deciding treatment project, the group of platelet CD62P <2% were treated bybasical treatment to avoid unnecessary expense and side- effect.
