Objective:To research the gene of BRCA1 and the expression of P53, C-erb-B2 ER and PR in mammary cancer. Method:The expression of P53, C-erbB-2, PR and ER of 165 cases with mammary Cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. The mutation of BRCA1 of 50 cases was detected by PCR and direct sequencing.Result:P53(+) 68 cases are negative correlate with the expression of ER and PR. The c-erbB-2 (+) 82 cases are negative Correlate with the expression of ER and PR. The gene mutation of BRCA1 wasn' t detected.Conclusion:P53, c-erbB-2, ER, PR are important markers to judge the subsequence of mammary cancer.
