In Vitro Effects Of YOU GUI YING On Culture Of Osteoblasts

In vitro effects of YOU GUI YING on culture of osteoblastsOBJECTIVE: To further explore the role of YOU GUI YING on cultured osteoblasts In vitro ,Based on previous experimental and clinical studies .METHODS: Using the method of enzyme digested, Osteoblasts(OB) obtained from newborn rat calvaria were cultured for serial passage. The cells of third passage were cultured for2 4h, then the medium was changed for one containing YOU-GUI-YING recipe(YGYR) , and the cells were cultured for another 72 h. MTT,PNPP and ARS were used to observe the proliferation ,activity of ALP and the number of mineral nodes of osteoblasts cultured in vitro.RESULT: Serum earring medicine of aniso-Concentration had the effects on stimulating the proliferation,ALP activity and the number of mineral nodes of osteoblasts cultured in vitro.In 5% Concentration, the effect was stable and notable.CONCLUSION: YOU-GUI-YING recipe(YGYR)has the effects on stimulating the proliferation,differentiation and maturation of cultured osteoblasts in vitro preventing Apoptosis of cultured in vitro.
