Effects Of Ginaton Combined With Defibrase On Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo evaluate the change of effects of Ginaton on cerebral infarction when combined with defibrase.Methods76 cases with acute infarction were chosen to receive intravenous infusion of either Ginaton and defibrase or Ginaton alone.The effects were evaluated on the 14th day by the use of Clinical Neurological Deficits Scale of Stroke.The evaluation was also processed between the subgroups according to the time of medication.ResultsThe scales of both groups were improved significantly after therapy, but there was no difference between the two groups. Those who received defibrase within 12 hours showed no more improvements than patients that received defibrase after 12 hours.ConclusionWhether combined with defibrase doesn't improve the effects of Ginaton on cerebral infarction.
