Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Euonymus Alatus

Euonymus alatus is the dried winged branch and its attachments of Euonymus alatus that is in Celatraceae family. The drug is bitter, acrid in flavor and cold in nature. It has the effect of activating blood to resolve stagnation.It is wide distribution and has some curative effect in cardiovascular disease,The article studied had selected active position, which was used to cure myocardial ischemia. Using various technique of chromatographies and spectra,such as AB-8 Macropore Adsorbing resin and silicagel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and Rep-HPLC , 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR etc. , 5 chemical constituents were isolated and identsfied as 5-methoxy-2-furaldehyde(1) ;3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy - benzaldehyde(2);3, 5-dimetho-xy-4-hydroxy-benz oicacid(3), episyringaresinol(4), ciwujiatone(5). Except compound 3, others were isolated from Euonymus alatus for the first time.The result of this article provided researching foundation for developing Euonymus alatus into a new drug.
