Study On Relationship Between The Number Of Leucocyte And Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Hyperlipidemia

Objective : The paper systematically retrospect and analyse pathogenic factors , pathological changes of hyperlpemia, investigative progress of Leukocytology according to principle of determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and modern medical. Then to study the relativity between hyperlpemia types based on syndrome differentiation in TCM and their Leucocyte indexes. Method : 1. To differentiate the syndromes of 306 cases with hyperlpemia, and to divide them into five groups: phlegm-stagnation -syudrome,spleen-kidney -yang -deficiency-syndrome , liver-kidney-ying -deficiency-syndrome,ying-deficiency-yang-superfluity-syndrome, qi andblood-staguation-syndrome. 2. To carry out examinations of ten indexes on Pantcholesterol(TC), Glycerin Trilaurate(TG), High Density Lipoprotein(HDL-C), The number of leucocyte , The number and proportion of neutrophil leucocyte , The number and proportion of lymphocyte , The number and proportion of mononuclear leucocyte , Hematocrit and compare them analytically with five groups to find out some relativity.Resalt: To spleen-kidney -yang -deficiency-syndrome, The number of leucocyte , The number and proportion of neutrophil leucocyte lower than any other groups(p<0.05).To liver-kidney-ying-deficiency-syndrome, The number and proportion of lymphocyte and The number and proportion of mononuclear leucocyte lower than any other groups(p<0.05).To ying-deficiency-yang-superfluity-syndrome, The number of leucocyte , The number and proportion of neutrophil leucocyte higher than any other groups(P<0.05).This indicates that there exists certain relativity between hyperlpemia types based on syndrome differentiation in TCM and their leucocyte indexes. : Leucocyte indexes can be one of testing indexes in the objectification of syndrome classification by differentiation in TCM.
