Clinical Research On The Key Points Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Eight Outlines In The Differentiation Of Breast Cancer

Purpose:To research the emphasis of the eight class syndrome differentiation(Yin,Yang,table,inside,cold,hot,virtual and real eight classes)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Materials and methods: Breast cancer patients admitted to the inpatient department of the oncology department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Inpatient Department,collecting the medical records of patients with breast cancer,time from November 1,2016 to May 31,2017.To use Microsoft Excel 2003 to make a form,collect patient's age,gender,receiving chemotherapy,receiving radiotherapy,receiving endocrine therapy,etc.,and build database.Through the standard of differentiation of eight classes(Yin,Yang,table,inside,cold,hot,virtual and real eight classes),Chinese medicine treatment of malignancies guide(edited by Lin Hongsheng,2014).Syndrome differentiation of 130 cases of breast cancer,using SPSS17.0 statistical software to establish a database for the main symptoms of breast cancer patients,group and summarize the common symptoms and occurrence frequency of breast cancer in the form,inside,cold,heat,summary of common syndrome differentiation according to common symptoms.Results:1.In 130 cases of breast cancer,all were female patients;the median age was 56 years.2.Treatment of Western Medicine:125 patients received surgical treatment5 patients without surgical treatment,117 people receiving chemotherapy,among these people,4 people with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,13 patients who did not receive chemotherapy,38 people received radiotherapy and 92 people were not treated with radiotherapy.101 people were treated with endocrine therapy,and 29 people were not treated with endocrinology.3.The main symptoms of 130 cases of breast cancer were 469 times,exterior syndrome: 6 times(1%),interior syndrome:463 times(99%),cold syndrome:28 times(26%),heat syndrome:127 times(27%),no obvious cold and heat syndrome:314 times(67%),deficiency syndrome:352 times(75%),reality syndrome:117 times(25%).4.Cold,heat,deficiency and real symptoms of 130 patients with breast cancer,Cold syndrome(8 cases,6%):fear of cold,cough up phlegm(thin),stool syrup;heat syndrome(35 cases,27%):The palm of the hand and foot fever,emotional change(loss of control),protect against heat,cough up phlegm(thick and yellow color),constipation;deficiency syndrome(93cases,71.5%):fear of cold,lacking in strength,poor diet,poor sleep,stool syrup,be afraid of wind,spontaneous sweating,night sweat,mouth parched and tongue scorched,chest tightness,shortness of breath,the palm of the hand and foot fever,hot flush;reality syndrome(37 cases,28.5%):cough,the region of the hypochondria uncomfortable(because of the fullness),protect against heat,coughed up phlegm,constipation,emotional change(emotional depression),like to sigh,chest tightness.5.Distribution of various types of syndromes:deficiency cold syndrome:8 cases(6%);asthenia heat syndrome:26 cases(20%);]excess-heat syndrome :9 cases(27%);interior sthenia syndrome:28 cases(22%),interior asthenia syndrome: 59 cases(45%),in these types of evidence,breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy,the most common type of evidence,interior asthenia syndrome(39.6%),interior sthenia syndrome(25.7%),asthenia pyrosyndrome(22.8%).6.Common type of syndrome differentiation(Qi,blood and body fluid syndrome?syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera): Qi deficiency type :54 cases(41%),hte type of depression of the liver-qi(with fire-transmission):32 cases(25%),deficiency of both qi and Yin(and internal heat):31 cases(24%),asthenia of spleen and kidney :8 cases(6%),toxic heat condensation :5 cases(4%).Conclusion:1.The emphasis of the eight outline syndrome differentiation in the diagnosis of breast cancer :cold,heat,deficiency,reality.And the syndrome differentiation of cold,heat,deficiency and real four classes apply to the differentiation of breast cancer.Its advantages :it can get rid of complicated things and leave something simple.Let the doctor(especially the young doctor)clear the dialectical thinking,guiding the clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine.2.The use of traditional Chinese medicine can change the type of syndrome differentiation caused by endocrine therapy.
