Objective:1. To realize the general information, causes and types of injury, main clinical behavior, methods of treatment and prognosis of acute cerebral injury in hospitalization treatment.2. To investigate various of factors affecting the prognosis of acute cerebral injury and corresponding treatment methods.3. To summarize experience and improve the curative effect of acute cerebral injury.Methods:1. By collecting detailed information about 866 cases of acute cerebral injury in recent three years hospitalization treatment.2. By making statistic and analyzing various of factors inciuding operation occasion; cerebral hernia; brain swelling; respiration; hypotension; hyperpyrexia; hyperglycemia; liver function injury affecting the prognosis of patients. Results:All related factors showed remarkable effects to prognosis.1. Operation shall be carried out before cerebral hernia appears as seon as possible.2. Operation standard should not be broad blindly. Over-broad operation standard will do no good to ameliorate the patients' prognosis.3. Later period cerebral hernia does more harm than early stage cerebralhernia.4. The prognosis effect of brain swelling is worse than that of cerebral hernia.5. The prognosis of amalgamating uncompleted respiration function, hypotention, hyperpyrexia patients get worse apparently.6. The prognosis of amalgamating hyperglycemia patients is not good. The more serious the symptoms are, the higher the incidence of hyperglyceaia will be.7. Mostly acute cerebral injury patients take abnormal symptom in concomitant liver function. The more abnormal index of liver function, me worse the prognosis will be.Conclusion:To improve treatment effects, many factors affecting prognosis of cerebral injury and comprehensive treatments should be considered overall.
