Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of CT image in ruptured intracranial aneurysm patients. Methods: CT was performed immediately in 44 patients with the ruptured cranial aneurysm, 11 cases of them were examined by 3D-CTA. To investigate the relationship between CT image and clinical behavior, and the relationship between CT image and intracranial aneurysm embolization. Result: CT images of patients with ruptured aneurysm performed immediately were classified according to Fisher standard: Grade 1: 2cases; Grade 2: 19 cases; Grade 3: 17 cases? Grade 4: 6 cases. Patients were classified according to Hunt & Hess standard: Grade 1: 1 Teases; Grade 2: 22 cases; Grade 3: 4 cases; Grade 4: 1 cases. In the group 11 aneurysms were found out by 3D-CTA. 3D-CTA can show the local anatomy of aneurysm clearly by decreasing the DFOV of CT scan and removing superpose tissue. Conclusion: There is relationship between Fisher classification and Hunt & Hess classification when the distributing of SAH is similar. 3D-CTA can be an assistant to plan aneurysm embolization, to predict the difficulty of the catheter and guide wire operating, to estimate the risk of complication happening.
