Study On The Evaluation Index System Of The Disease Entities Quality Of Cardiothoracic Surgery Nursing

Evaluation for the diseases entities nursing quality is one of the key ways to evaluate the nursing quality in the hospital, and it is also the best way to evaluate the quality of the patient colony. Furthermore, as it is the evaluation for common diseases and the research diseases of the specific department, it can enhance the nursing quality of the specific diseases and can train the clinical nursing specialists. In this research, we followed the research of the evaluation system for medical quality and established the evaluation index system of nursing quality for congenital heart diseases, rheumatic heart diseases and coronary heart diseases to evaluate and to get the criteria and reference to improve the nursing quality of cardiotharacic surgery. Part I The establishment of the evaluation index system of the diseases entities nursing quality for the cardiotharacic diseases. After reviewing the relative papers from domestic or from abroad, a relatively systemic and scientific evaluation index system of nursing quality for the cardiotharacic diseases was established by the assessment from the experts and by Delphi mean,. The index system comprises two levels; with 3 indexes in level one and 17 in level two. Value coefficient was given to each index. After the statistics analysis, the convergence of inquiery answers from the inquired experts has showed to be highly accordant to that from the index system, and the result indicated the good credibility of the inquiery answers.Part II The development of the standard value of the indexes. After reviewing the case records, scence investigations, the answer sheets of satisfactory from the discharged patients, we analyse the nursing quality indexes for the specific diseases of Cardiacthoracic department and develop the standard value including the maximum,the minimum and the average. Meanwhile, we classify the values according to the different complexity of the diseases and the heart function before surgery. The results show that the appraisal index systems can â‘ improve the nursing quality of Cardiacthoracic department; â‘¡indicate the nursing service of Cardiacthoracic department ; â‘¢promote the carrying of the nursing research in cardiacthoracic department.
