The Evaluation Of Chemotherapy By Combining Cisplatin With Taxol In Advanced Ovarian Cancer.

Objective To evaluate therapy value of different chemotherapy methods in advanced ovarian cancer by three kinds of biological parameters and a clinical parameter. Method Fifty-eight patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma whose ascites had been not obviously decreased by single cisplatin abdominal cavity affusing chemotherapy after 2-3 weeks were affused cisplatin combined with mainlining Taxol again.Ovarian carcinoma cells (OCC)suspension collected from ascites samples in different groups and periods.The Apo CD54 and Trail factor of OCC were assayed by flow cytometry (FCM),ascitic content were checked-up as well. Result The Apo., CD54, Trail factor and ascites contents between groups were not statistically different before chemotherapy(P > 0.05), the Apo. and Trail factor became obviously more improved in associated group than sing one(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),The CD54 and the ascitic contents significantly decreased too (P<0.01, P < 0.01) .Conclusion Through three kinds of biological parameters and a clinical parameter, this study suggests that cisplatin combined with Taxol chemotherapy is an effective method for the advanced ovarian carcinoma before operation,which have a good effect for rebellious ascites and is a perfect chemothetapy in advance for congeneric patients and can improve operation rate.
