| Objective: We have evaluated the fungi which was collected from clinic and was suspected to cause deep infection through the observation of biologic perperty and the molecular biology of these fungi. Methods: Take the prostata through the normal regulations method and study on the germ by the appearance characteristics. Selected the best cultivate condition by cultivated on four different media under different conditions; Observated morphology perperties; Studied on biology perperties by germ tube testing, Carbohydrate fermentation testing, Tween testing and Esculin dissociation; lysis testing. Amplificate the special fragment by using special primer and analysis the fragment. Results: The fungi which were collected from clinic and been suspected to cause deep infection were detected as Malassezia. Under 34 ℃, mDixon media is the best condition for these fungi. Conclusions: Malassezia can cause deep infection; medical treatment in clinical prostatitis should pay more attention; the detection of these fungi can not only through the observation of biologic perperty but also though the molecular biologic technique, PCR, which can detect the specific gene fragment of Malassezia. |
