Clinical Observation On Curative Effect Of Improved External Dissection And Internal Ligation And Skin Flap Bridge Operation For Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of improved external dissect and internal ligation with skin flap bridge operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, introduce a new operative method. Methods: sixty - eight patients of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided randomly into therapy group (38 cases) and control group(30 cases). The therapeutic group were received improved external dissect and internal ligation and the control group were given traditional external dissect and internal ligation. The two groups of clinical data such as curative effect, course of disease and postoperative complications were oberserved after treatment. Result: There was notable difference in the clinical curative effect and the recovery course between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01) , so the tested group is better than the controlled group;The two groups had notable difference in most of postoperative complications such as hemorrhage,edema,pain, urine retention, delayed union, stricture of anus(P<0.05);but had no notable difference in postoperative infection, and recrudescence in anus function' appraisal (P>0. 05). Conclusion: The improved external dissect and internal ligation with skin flap bridge operation has advantages of early recovery, less painand less side effects and it deserves spreading to use.
