| According to the clinical investigation of insomnia , this article hold that insomnia is related to despression of liver qi(DLQ) and difficiency of blood ,at the same time ,according to tutor's experience ,to explain the reason which DLQ can lead to insomnia .The article includes 60 patients which is DLQ insomnia ,and which is divided two groups randomly .The treating group use soothing-liver and nourish-blood capsule and the other group use Shumian capsule .The result show that effective effective rate 86.67% and 83.33% in Shumian capsule ,which the two group have no difference symptom effective rate is 96.67% in effective rate and 76.67% in contrast group ,which have diference . The effective rate in quality of sleeping is 93.33% in treating group and 80.00% in contrast group,which have no difference.The result show that soothing-liver and nourish-blood capsule can cause better induce sleep effect at the same time using barbitone can do is better in mice' remember and intelligence .Also we depended on the modern medical methods in researching insmnia ,carried out the pharmacological research of smoothing-liver and nourish-blood.capsule from tranquilizing mind and inducing sleep .Soothing-liver and nourish-blood capsule is good ,the mechanism is soothing-liver and nourish-blood.
