| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of curing premature beat of CHD of splenasthenic phlegm stagnation by means of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm and to discuss the mechanisms.Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 30 patients in treatment group were treated with LiuJunZiTangJiaWei,and 20 patients in control group were treated with Wenxin Particle. The treatment duration was 4 weeks.Results: The results showed that the frequencies of premature beat of CHD markedly decreased in both groups at the end of the trial. Difference was significant between the beginning and the end of the trial(P<0.0l), but insignificant(P>.05)between the two groups. The clinical symptoms of treatment group were improved strikingly, the statistics revealed that most of the effects of treatment group better than control group's. Blood-lipid are decreased remarkably in the treatment group.Conclusions: The method of invigorating spleen to remove phlegm has significant treating effects for premature beat of CHD of splenasthenic phlegm stagnation, can decrease blood-lipid. It can also improve the clinical symptoms, markedly, has no adverse reactions and side effects.
